FAQ – Debt Collection

 

Q: Are there any up front fees or charges for placing accounts?

A: No. T&S Collections works solely on a contingency basis. Our clients are only charged a commission if we collect monies on their behalf. For more information on our standard commission rates please contact us at any time and/or visit the Debt Collection Rates page.

Q: How soon after I place my accounts with T&S Collections will you begin collections?

A: We have a 24 hour (one business day) turnaround time on all new accounts.

Q: How do you approach debtors?

A: T&S Collections approaches all debtors in a professional manner. Our collectors are never abusive, and closely follow the guidelines set out by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Q. Can I submit a claim if the invoice is less the 90 days overdue?

A. Yes. You can submit a claim to collection even if the invoice is less then 30 days overdue.
